I have dark, itchy, dry spots on my inner thigh around my scrotom and on back between my legs. They started of small so i didnt pay it much mind, but now since it spreaded I have to get rid of it w/o use of doctors if possible.... Any help out there???
is they like a big wide spot or many and small?
