I woke up yesterday feeling a slight discomfort in my left testicle and assumed I had slept on it uncomfortably. I became concerned upon discovering my semen had a yellow-green coloration. Upon inspection, my left testicle is about twice the size of my right one, and is still sore today. I am not sexually active. How concerned should I be?
Hi, guest.
Swollen left testicles and discolored semen can be caused by a number of different conditions, including epididymitis (an infection of the epididymis), testicular torsion (a condition in which the testicles twist, cutting off their own blood supply), or testicular cancer.
It is important to see a doctor for a proper diagnosis of the cause of the symptoms so that the appropriate treatment can be prescribed.
