i did IUD immediately after my second child, last year september i got it removed hoping to get pregnant after. but till now no pregnancy. what can i do to be pregnant again?

Sometimes it can take a while to get pregnant. Normally we don't begin to consider any fertility issues until a year has passed. You're getting close.
You may want to start with a visit to your ob/gyn, just for a checkup.
There should be no lasting effects from the IUD. Some women do experience delays in getting pregnant after removal.
