Hello, I am in a third month of my pregnancy and I admit that I feel great. But as all mothers, I tend to worry much, first because of the pregnancy and I also like to think a lot about how to raise my kid. What can I do to prevent for my child to be overweighted, being pregnant at the moment?
Well, I guess the most important thing now is that you eat healthy and stay healthy, with less stress as possible. And when the kid is born, we will talk about his/her weight. I suppose that when the child starts eating food other than milk, you should be extra cautious and try feeding the baby with only healthy food, and the amount has to be proper also.
