What can i use ove the counter for trich?

There is nothing that you can use over the counter that would get rid of it.
There are things you can get over the counter that will help out with the itching (Things like Vaginal Itch Cream, etc.) but as far as getting rid of it completely, you'd need to see a doctor for proper treatment.
