My brother and his dear wife are about to start some diet program, and they want to do that very, very soon. They are planning for some good vacation in more than one month, and they want to be top. It is a little bit hard if you ask me, because they bout have between 15 and 20 pounds extra. I don’t know is it possible to lose weight.
They want to follow Dukan diet, and I was wondering what can you eat while you are following this diet program?

Well, this is one good diet program. The Dukan diet is one of my favorites as well. And, what is the most important, you really don’t need to be afraid that you will be hungry. Because, the list of things that you can eat is very, very long. For example, you can eat lean beef, veal, rabbit, offal, chicken, turkey, lean ham, all kinds of fish, seafood, eggs, fat tree natural yohurt, fat gre fromage grais, quark, cottage cheese, skimmed milk, etc.
As you see, the list is very, very long, so you really can eat a lot.

Thank you very, very much at this. I was talking with my friend Irina a few days ago, and she started to tell me such a bad things about this diet program. One of those things that she was telling me is that I will be always hungry while I am at this diet program.
I was so surprised, so that is one of the reason why I wanted to ask you what I can eat. As I can see, I can eat a lot of things, without having fear that I will be hungry :)
