I am 36 and I never had problems with my periods. For years they were regular but it’s been 6 months now that I have those weird periods and wonder what could be going on. Besides this I started having abnormal vaginal bleedings between my periods though I can’t distinguish any more what’s my period and what’s just irregular bleeding. I also have pelvic pain and often painful intercourse. So I wonder what could be going on and would appreciate if someone offers me some info about this. Thx
I had the same symptoms few years ago and those are the symptoms of possible cervical cancer which is nowdays treatable especially when in early stages. I had cervical cancer stage 1 had a surgery and that was it. I had no chemo or radiotherapy. I got recovered fast after the surgery when I got removed affected part of my cervix. Now I’m very regular with my Pap-test which is very important for diagnosing changes and abnormalities in cervical cells. Those abnormalities on cervix are in fact precancerous stages that could be treated effectively if diagnosed on time. But before all of these I wondered just like you what could be going on. I suddenly started having those abnormal vaginal bleeding followed by unusual odor, I had abdominal pain and was avoiding intercourse for the pain. So what to say what could be going on. Go visit a doc and find out it could be nothing too serious but go for that control just to check up on it. The earlier you’re diagnosed the better the chances are to reduce the risk of some more severe diagnosis.
