Personally, I prefer uncircumcised men (and no that is not a come on).
But each woman and man prefer their own things. There is no definitive answer to this question.

Most women don't really mind whether or not men are circumcised. Some may have preferences - however, i don't believe any woman is going to run out of the bedroom screaming if you are not circumcised.
When it comes to sexual intercourse, most women can not feel the difference between circumcised and uncircumcised penises.
You should never be ashamed or embarassed about yourself or your body. There is nothing wrong with being uncircumcised. It's very common. I've been with more uncircumcised men then i have with circumcised men. It's not big deal anyway!
