What does the baby look like the 3rd day of being pregnant ?

I guess my first question is how you would know you're three days pregnant?  Was it an early pregnancy factor test?  They are very rare.

It's just a collection of about 12-16 cells, that's it.  No heart, eyes, anything is discernible.  It probably just implanted.
