Hi, I am 25 years old and I love fruits. My parents told me that I eat too many fruits and maybe that true, because sometimes I forgot to eat or I am not hungry as I have already eat banana or apple. Are there any limitations in consuming different kinds of fruit? What is the healthiest fruit?

Fruit is healthy food and there is nothing wrong with eating it but it cannot be your only food during he day. If so, you will not lose only calories, you will lose and other nutrient need for proper functioning of your body. Maybe your organism was fighting until now, but if you continue like that, you will certainly cause health problems.
