I would say stop taking the birth control. Birth control is not good while pregnant. Is not healthy for the pregnancy. She should talk to her mom. But if she does not want to yet she can get some help in a crisis pregnancy clinic. A crisis pregnancy clinic is not abortion clinic. A crisis pregnancy clinic would give her support in her pregnancy. She can discuss her fellings to them. They are caring people.
