Hi i got Mirena May 4, 2009, and i love it it period stop i don't have to worry about a thing till this morning. I woke up and I went to the bathroom for my morning urination and I look down and there was a string in my toilet bowl. Its Saturday and i have to wait until Monday to see my doctor. Should i go to the emergency room?
no. It's not life threatening but they will probably have to do surgery. Don't quote me on that, though! Good luck. I have had one for 2 years and want it out already.
