I do realise that I am not the only person to ask this, and that there are informative websites that talk about diabetes diets. What I am after is just slightly different though - I want to hear from people who succeeded in reversing type 2 with diabetic diets. If you want to share, I would appreciate your comments so much!

Achieving a person's ideal body weight is a very important part of diabetes diets, but it is of course much more complex than that. The right foods should also be consumed, and I have read that some theories think meat should be excluded from a diabetic's diet, and traditional foods should be consumed.
