reduce sugar intae - no sweats etc. Alnd limit fructose - that doens't mean you shouldnt eat fruit, but eat it in limited amounts, and never in the evenining because it raises sugar levels - def. not good - dieter or not.
best foods to lose fat are:
- lean protein: lean meat - lean chicken, turkey, beef, fish - basicall most meat as long as it is a lean cut. Cottage chese, egg whites ...
- limited amounts of whole grains: focus on oats, quinoa, buckwheat, rye
- never drinks sodas, juices - they are so sugary you would be amazed and that's an unnecessary and actually awful source of energy.
