Riding flat ground is nice. I have been doing it for a long time. However I want to try something new. I want to cycle hills. I know that it is difficult and that it requires much more strength and stamina. I would be grateful if you can give me little help for cycling hills.

You are right about the fact that riding hills is not the same as riding on the flat ground. It is much greater effort and is much harder to do. It is not impossible though. You can start with smaller steeps and see how you do. If you do well, then you can try harder ones. You may consider some preparations such as intervals and even some weight training to build muscle mass and strength necessary for hill rides.
