Should I lose some weight? I am 14 years old, 5'7'', and I weigh 150 pounds. I have pretty huge thighs, and I play soccer and basketball. Is 150 lbs overweight?

I'm 14 and I've been skinny my whole life, but lately I've been getting a little thicker. My weight has never been more than like 100 pounds. But now I'm 5'6 and 129 pounds. Is that weight okay?

I'm 14 and around 5'6, my weight tends to stay between 155-161lbs I dont do anyone sports and my doctor says I'm not overweight but my school coach seems to think i am. I tend to have a bit of fat on my upper back and upper arms
