i'm not eating barely anything but im getting fat :-S :-S :-S
I heard that when ou dont eat enough to sustain your body and provide it with energy that your metabolism slows down. Your body then stores the little foods that you do eat as fat for stored energy. This is why most healthy diets say to eat 4 or 5 smalls meals a day. Another issue could be in your thyroid. See a doctor.

not eating actually doesn't help anything... going on a diet of HEALTHY food does all the work... also daily excircise

I think you should eat more because right now your body probably is starving... When you don't eat enough, your body thinks it's going to lose all the weight so it puts on more weight

It may be your thyroid it is the main center for weight gain and most weimar. Have this problem all u would need to do in that case is see a doctor bring it up ask if that's a possibility and If so all you will need to do is take medication u should start to see improvement and balance in ur weight

if u dont eat any thing ur body will hold on 2 ur fats and callories
