Hi, I am going to the gym for two weeks. I am still getting familiar with exercises and my muscles. Also I am getting use to sport way of life. I would like to know something. When is the best time for me to do my cardio? Is it before my muscle training, after it, and should I do it on the same day?

That is because your muscles need relax and time to grow. If you are exhausted then you will not do anything. Cardio is good because it helps you with your stamina.
