From what you are describing it is just the inner labia it happens when you get all excited and turned on its the pressure that builds up from you doing your thing it happens during sex as well and its nothing to worry about especially if it disappears after everything is said and done.It should be nothing to worry about in my opinion but if you do get conserned ever about it go see your doctor and ask about it.
