If the tightness of your foreskin is not too severe, you can also try to stretch it out when you masturbate. For example every fourth stroke or twist or however you stimulate your penis, pull the foreskin down as much as is comfortable. And do that the entire time you masturbate. The pleasure and your penis will allow you to feel less discomfort while you stretch your foreskin out. Be gentle but try it for a couple weeks.

I’m confused by one thing. When you say the tip of your penis feels uncomfortable, is it that it doesn’t feel good, or that it’s so intense that it makes you nervous and surprised?
