Hi I’m 13 and I want to know if this is normal when I pull down my foreskin it goes behind the forehead to the point when I can see what’s past the forehead is this normal for my age

It's not a problem that you can fully retract your foreskin at 13.
Your able to do it younger than lots of guys but it's ok.
It makes cleaning yourself much easier for you and there is absolutely nothing with being able to fully retract your foreskin.
