DON'T SCROLE PAST PLEASE I NEED HELP

I have been looking around allot of website's and I have never seen anyone with exactly what I have experienced it stared about 6 days ago and u should tell you I'm pretty Yung anyway 6 days ago I smoked almost a full joint and that's alot for me alot alot because that was only my second time smokeing so I had panic attack and my heart was beating way to fast and had alot of spasoms and I knew this was commin so I didn't freak out to bad but after the high that light and like every 6 hours or so usually more I would heel my heart speed of again and and sometimes it would even give me the mucel spasoms again  and I asked a friend he says it was normal and the marijuana would be in my system for about a month so I did not worrying to much but then my heart is always beating I bit faster that normal constantly and it keeps getting worse my it beats more frequently not as hard like a flutter and it not off and on.Please respond

You'll be fine, nothing to worry about, everybody experiences this at least once in their lifetime, me being one of them. You will make a full recovery in 2-3 months, symptoms should ease with time. The most important factor is to resume your daily schedule. Don't dwell on it and don't over think it.
