My foreskin comes over the glanse when erect, i couldn't do it a while ago but i did some stretches. The question is: when my foreskin goes down the glance it cannot go a milimeter more down, because frenulum is under pressure, will it affect my sexual life and is it the problem i should worry about? If your frenulum is tight, then see a urologist. They can perform a minor office procedure that allows more movement.
Again, see a urologist. This is what they specialize in.
