sir my age is 30 year & from past 15 year i used to do maturbation without single day gap. Now i stop it from past 2 month .After stoping masturabtion i feel that my penis is not standing . after some try when it stand little bit it leak some viscous material & sit again. if am little bit sexual execited Over chat with my future wife .then little bit penis stand & sit after leak that viscous matreal..some time that material leave white marks on my underpants some time not... i am in very confusion .i am still vergin & in next three month i am getting married .sir i am very confuse ...i am not able to consult a doctor because due to company work i am at construction site where no doctor is near about 800 km in oman. sir i try to start morning walk & little exercise these days in morning . & planing to do yoga kapalbhati & anulom bilom .....please guide me what to do
