I think I remember whenthis happened to me... And I think its just your body getting ready start to make sperm (not just the sugar liquid that goes with it). You don't need to stop masturbating and you don't need to worry about when ur penis will get bigger... Its gonna take years and ur only 12 allegedly. Ur just starting to go into puberty so give it 5 years lol
