Hello.

It is not unusual to experience heavy bleeding with clots while taking Duphaston, especially if you have been diagnosed with fibroids. Duphaston is a medication that contains a hormone called progesterone, which helps to regulate the menstrual cycle and reduce heavy bleeding.

However, if the bleeding is excessive and prolonged, it is important to contact your gynecologist and let them know about your symptoms. They may recommend further testing or adjust your medication dosage to manage the bleeding. It is also important to keep any follow-up appointments with your gynecologist to monitor your condition and ensure that your treatment plan is effective.

Have you talked with your gyno after finishing the Tranxemic acid?
