Anyway, the rate of development for boys differs.
So, even though you are able to produce semen, or an ejaculation, there may be some sperm cells in it.
Over time, your semen will become more white and milky, but I wouldn't worry about it.
There's no advantage to producing white semen over clear semen... you can't guarentee that either is sterile nor either is more potent.
I wouldn't waste my time on worrying about it.

You are very young and you have to undersntad that your body is still developing. you are becoming a mature person by entering in the puberty. However your puberty might take a while to have its full impact on your body and there for you might not be able to produce semen all the time when you masturbate. Now you have to be patient with this because these things don’t happen overnight and they take a lot of time to develop. So you don’t have to hurry up with masturbation and the semen production if you ask me. Just enjoy your childhood as much as you can. I hope this was helpful.
