Hi, I decided to lose some weight and boost the energy. I heard that cardio is the perfect way to do that. Can you tell me which is better cardio, one 30 minute or two 15 minute?

I always liked better working for 30 minutes a session than two times for 15 minutes. I heard that it is more effective, and beside that, I don’t need a break because I don’t get tired after only 15 minutes of cardio. If you have any similar problems, you should probably have two 15 minutes sessions instead of one 30 minutes. It is also important what you eat, if you want a full result. You should eat high fiber food, especially fruit, vegetable and fish.

It depends. If you find yourself needing a break half way through 30 minuite cardio then it may be better to do 15 minuite cardio twice. Hope this was helpful!
