Hi, I want to conceive but don’t know how to count my ovulation day. Is it 15th day of the cycle? What are the chances to miss this day by using only counting?

Hi, human body is not a machine and many factors may interfere with day of ovulation. But, still days in which it is most likely to have an ovulation can be counted. Chances to conceive are the highest from sixth day before ovulation to ovulation day, growing gradually. The best timing of intercourse in order to conceive is day 10, 12, 14 and 16 – if your ovulation is a bit late, of a 28 day cycle. Or if your cycles are not regular, in the same periodical cycles, try to count 4th and 2nd day before ovulation, ovulation day and 2nd day after ovulation in case it is too late.
