I'm 15, penis about 5", regular masturbater. Please somone give me some advice here. My foreskin does not retract due to a red strip of skin attached to the penis and only the head of the penis pokes out whilst erect. Is this normal?

Also, on the inside of my foreskin there are clusters of teeny white bumps. They surely cannot be STDs as I have never had sex but i am worried they will not go away. they are not painful or itchy, just ugly. hat are these and how can i stop them? :S You cannot see them unerect but when rolling bak foreskin they appear in groups!
Exact same scenario, i was worried so i have been doing lots of reading. The "Skin Bridge" detach when the glands are fully done growing therefore farther in puberty. these white clumps are a material called smegle which is basically dead skin. dont worry it happens to everyone

The red strip of skin probably is the frenulum. It is normal and supposed to be there. The frenulum limits rearward retraction of the foreskin.

The white bumps on the inside of your foreskin are probably smegma. Smegma is exfoliated skin cells mixed with body oils. It is completely natural and everyone makes it.

Now that you are able to look under your foreskin, it is appropriate to clean the smegma out from time to time. Get an ear syringe from the drug store and squirt luke warm water up into your foreskin. That will flush it out.
