White bumps on my penis and is still spreading (never had sex )

Sir,

            I am 19yrs old . i have white bumps on my penis for the last 2yrs and it is still spreading around my foreskin and below the head of penis . Sometimes i feel some pain on my penis , i don't know whether its because of lack of drinking water. 

            I never had sex with anyone  but i used to watch sex movies lot .I was addicted  to it . Now i have stopped watching it. 

            Will this affect my life ? is it dangerous ? How to treat it? Will this continue growing  ?
