I have white discharge n itchy penal track and also itchy anus.. i had ceflox 500mg for 10 days... nt geting better.. tested for std all negative bt high wbc in urine. Whate it could be?

Sometimes after urinating, I get a small, thick discharge, but it is totally painless, But after a couple of days it becomes a white penile discharge.
