It's a type of fungus. Shave yourself and shampoo your balls and under your balls for two weeks with Sealson Blue and it goes away. You can use Head an Shoulders shampoo also but Sealson Blue is the best.

Guys calm down. If you masterbate and you use lotion.. Its mostly juss build up from the lotion because 9 out of 10 times I bet you lay around or continue with your day without showering or using wipes after.
