That sounds like a boil cause I have one it hasn't came up in awhile but it's like a staff infection but mine pops with all that comes out it's. Better but it's usually comes up when ur stressed out.. Now for the white bump that is hard doesn't hurt would like to k ow what it is..

I have the same exact thing but i have 4 and they have been there for 4 years now, they don't bother me/ Doctor said is razor bump like what men get when they shave their beard, women get it after constant shaving, infected hair follicle, nothing to worry about.

I had one until yesterday and it had been there for about 9 years. It started to hurt, well just when I wiped after I urinated. So I decided to squeeze it. At first, nothing happened but after going to the restroom again I decided to squeeze it again. All the build up over the years came gushing out. I was gross. I have been trying to squeeze something out since 2007 when I first got it. It didn't hurt so I paid it no nevermind. It didn't increase very much in size over the years but I imagine under the surface it increase. The pus came out in a squiggly line and then the core of hardness. I don't recommend squeezing it because now it hurts and appears like an open wound. It's flat now.

Had the same issue. Applied a warm compress, cleaned with alcohol and then with a sterilized bobby pin pressed it with loop end of bobby pin until skin on white head opened. Squeezed and after some puss like drainage I noticed a hair and pulled out inch long hair with tweezers. So I feel these white head pimple bumps can be ingrown hairs.

I had one too, and I popped it like a pimple. It didn't hurt or get infected and it was probably a pimple. No harm

Yes, it sounds like a boil! It starts off looking like a pimple & can be very tender..just let it ripen so to speak & they will drain on their own..but if really worried about things like this, to ease your mind, go see a doctor!
