I've been getting these hard whitehead like bumps on my inner labia occasionally on and off for the past few years. They are totally harmless (if not annoying). Mine have all eventually worked themselves out and gone away. I did squeeze one out...but that was pretty painful. It's best to let them resolve on their own.
