hi there,i was wondering if someone could help me out,for a number of years now i would say about once a month when i urinate i get a white ish sperm like fluid at the end of urinating,it is quite irritable for about 15 mins after.does anybody have any ideas without me going to a doctors??thanks

I have the same issue. I am 35 yrs old. This has happened evry year or so over my life, but in the past six months it has hapened thre or four times a week. After I urninate, I suddenly get the striong urge to relase or urine. It almost feels like righjt before you cum. I go back to the toilet and about a teaspoon of clear precum and sperm mix comes out. Thinking about a doctor's visit.
I am fighting prostatitis and have the same symptoms. My doctor indicated that overcoming the ailment can take up to 6 months. I've been on a couple of different meds. Suggest you go to your doc sooner than later.
