Ever since then i have been having urges of wanting to make out and to have sex. Why is this? People say its puberty but i havent seen or felt myself having an ejactulation.

Puberty starts long before you can ejaculate. Your body has been undergoing changes for a while and they affect the brain as well as your genitals.
