I'm 13 and when my penis is erect it curves upwards a lot. I've got a lot of pubes hardly no arm pit hair my penis is 2.75 when soft and 4.25 when erect can you help me I'm getting worried

Few penises are perfectly straight. Most curve, left, right, UP, and even down. It's NORMAL.
You are bigger than average for a 13-14 year old, 3-4" is average erect.
Armpit hair OFTEN does not come in until as late as 16 or so.
You're doing well in puberty.
