A few hours ago, I kinda hooked up for the first time with a guy that I met online that I barley knew. We made out, kissed and he fingered me in public in his car. I wasn't ready for actual sex so he got really mad about it. He told me that he enjoys having sex in his free time. Why would he get super angry that I couldn't actually have sex with him? What would of happened if I had sex with him?

You need to be more careful though. To just meet a guy, start making out and then letting him finger you, what did you think he was thinking about? That isn't how you form a relationship, a commitment, it was a hook-up for sex, plain and simple.
