If his penis penetrated you then you are no longer a virgin, whatever the state of your hymen. However you can check your hymen by using a hand-mirror (do you know what you are looking for) or get someone you trust to check for you.
It sounds as though you were not willing to have sex. If so, that is rape (or at least sexual abuse)!
