Well I have a small hydrocele, my doctor said that I've to wait one monthe because maybe the fluid doesn't need any surgery, but I was wondering:
-Can I masturbate with a hydrocele?
-Can It become bigger?
-What things should/shouldn't I do?
-any recommendations?

Thanks for writing.
These are questions that your doctor should have addressed, and I urge you to return to him for further instructions, especially on point 3 above.
As for your questions:
Yes, you can masturbate. Hundreds of men do, even with a hydrocele. It shouldn't get in the way, and should not cause any pain.
Can it become bigger?
Certainly it can, but not necessary from sex. It may grow larger over time, but it sounds like your doctor has asked that you wait a month to see if it goes down. Did he say not to have sex? Follow his directions of course.
Hydroceles are fairly common in about 10% of the male population . (Your area may have a different rate.)
As you didn't give us your age, I assume you are an adult.
A Hydrocele is a collection of fluid in the scrotum between linings. It is basically a water bag. It should not get in the way of fertility issues.
I can't say why it arrived now, but you describe it as small, and your doctor wants to wait. I think that's reasonable.
You MAY want to wear tighter jockey shorts to give yourself more support, or, to wear an athletic supporter during the day, under your other clothes, as this may make you feel better.
Again, these are issues that your doctor should have discussed with you. And I would at least call him or send him an email, ASKING HIM.
Good luck.
Let us know how this works out for you. 8)
