Withdrawals from smoking weed on a regular basis are pretty bad. Insomnia and depression are huge factors after someone quits smoking weed. Even getting regular eating habits back is really hard. Many people who smoke regularly have these problems when they try to quit. I think it's a lot like cigarettes, all you do is think about smoking weed after you quit. I know people who have smoked almost all their lives and there's no way they would quit using this drug. It calms their nerves, helps you sleep, helps relieve stress, gives you a appetite and etc..... When these people don't have it for a day they are very irritable and hard to be around. :-P

I don't know whether pot is physically addictive or not. However, after I smoked it all day, every day for several years, when I quit I definately experienced some symptoms that I believe were related. First off, a persistent depression that took awhile to shake, and I also had really vivid, overwhelming dreams. Some were good and some were not so good. You should be able to function, just think of the benefits and get lots of sleep, exercise, eat healthy and that seems to help shake the depression.

dude! my that to happened to my dreams. it was so weird.the weirdest things happened. nice to know i wasn't the only one. also i got very mild headaches. that are just annoying mostly.

I've smoked marijuana for 9 years. I quit about two weeks ago, and now I can see the veins in my hands pulsate. Should that be a concern? I also have been having panic attacks.
