Normally, about one a month, I seem to be very constipated,laxatives are slow at this stage. An enema always provides the needed relief.
People have been known to use daily enemas, but this makes it hard to have a bowel movement without one. Once a month should be fine but I recommend drinking more fluids or adding fiber to your diet instead.
