I had unprotected sex in a hot tub on day 10 of my cycle. I had started
birth control 3 days prior and continue using it currently. We think he
pulled out in time but there's a small chance he had one contraction
inside of me. The day before my cervical mucus was almost nonexistent,
sticky and low in quantity, definitely not an egg-whites consistency.

see i will suggest u that u must wait till the next period time. if u will have it then no problem otherwise use pregnancy test by using pregnancy strips from medical stores after 1 and half month of the sex time....i am telling u this because the same case had happened happened to me when i had sex with my girlfriend during her period without condoms but i pulled out my organ at right time but still we were confused and finally when she had her regular period then we were quite relieved...okay don't be worried...
