i've been on Yaz for two weeks and i started on the very first day of me period, which was what my doctor said to do. But I've had my period since then on and off. Yesturday, since i hadn't bled for two days, my boyfriend and i had sex without a condom and he pulled out just in case. I don't know what is going on with my body because now im bleeding again, it's just lightly but i think it's sort of weird. I don't know what to expect since this is my first time on the pill and im only 16. Please let me know if you have any input :-)
Yaz has completely destroyed my life. I have my period all month long!! NONSTOP!! I don't understand how such a pill can be on the market if it's so ineffective. My period has become much more irregular than it was before i started taking Yaz. It DOES NOT STOP!! I had never used so many sanitary protection in one month alone. It's a really bad inconvenience to be on your period for the entire month. I'm wondering now what will happen if I stop taking it all of a sudden... :'(
I'm having VERY similar problems to a lot of you, only difference is this is my first time on birth control, as well as my first month taking YAZ.

I got it heavily for about 3 days, and just after that spotting (also dark brown discharge some days)
And today I believe I'm getting my actual period for this month, though a week early.
I have no idea what the hell this pill is doing to my body and I am very worried.
At least I am not the only one with this problem..

I have been taking yaz for probably over 2 years, and recently i have started breakthrough bleeding about 2 weeks before my last period and then went through my period and was gone for 2 days and now the spotting has been back for the last 6 days. Last April i started getting migranes but it took me months to connect it to yaz, the first day i would go back to active pills after my period i would start to get a headache and then turn into a migrane and throwing up for about 6 hours, then after about 6 months of that happening its just stopped, i am searching for a new bc pill i think yaz makes me really emotional as well
i started yaz a month ago and i didnt take my sugar pills to stop my period but for about 7days ive had my period at first it was brownish and gross but noe ts red and it just wont stop my period usually lasts 3 days i went to the doctor and she told me to take one pill in the morning and one at night to stop it but i have for the last 3 days and it just hasnt stoped i also had bad headaches on the first few days of starting but they soon went away i would really like it to stop as monday is valentines day and i really dnt want to have my period :'(
