**********Please take my advice*********** both of my parents have health problems like diabetes, high blood pressure, I didnt want to have to worry about my health so I always worked out 5 days a week, if not the gym I took classes. After seeing karate kid who didnt want to learn karate?? so I took karate, kickboxing and boxing within 10-15 yrs. new yrs 2013 coming into 2014 I trusted wrong person went out and got so drunk I passed out. on the way home he didnt seatbelt me and he crashed into lightpole going 50 no airbag on my side. my head slammed into windshield, almost bit tongue completely off. Both sides of brain bled, coma scale 3 I LIVED CUZ MY BODY AND HEART WAS STRONG ENUFF from working out all those years. Docs told my fam it will be a miracle if she lives, they didnt know I had always worked out

Well I would must say that you can never get better life without doing any workout at regularly so it is very important in our life to do workout properly to maintain a happy and healthy life.
