Hello Friendz

Tell me about this A 26 year old young man hou many more years live with only one kidney ? & Any efect on sexual time, Gym, Running & hard work . . . . .
You actually only need 1/3 of a kidney to survive! As long as the 1 kidney remains in good health, and there isn't too much pressure on it, or disease, infection etc. you should not notice anything different! Just listen to your nephrologist, eat healthy, DON'T smoke, drink lots of CLEAN water, don't put off going to the washroom! As you can put too much pressure on your system from the build up of urea! Also remember that your kidney - as with all your other organs - is a fine tuned instrument that relys on the other organs to have a great symphony! So IF your liver goes, or your heart starts failing, it puts a LOT of pressure on that lone kidney, so it is best all around for you to be as healthy as possible! I hope this answers your question? Good luck and health!

One live with one kidney with his or her whole life without any problem. If the only one left kidney is healthy, meanwhile, he protect his one kidney good, and plus, he is very young and if have a good physical condition, he will be fine with one kidney. However, some tips still needed. Because although kidneys have a strong compensatory ability, they still struggle to process the body fluids even on their best days. Anyone shouldn't have the luxury to indulge them, especially those only live with one kidney. Do a good to protect it. Good luck!
