Have you tried zolpiden to help in insomnia? I was on temaze for about one week, a year ago when had sleeping disturbances. I would like to hear how you found zolpidem effective in this indication? Is it also short term medication? What is your experience with zolpiden like?
I used zolpidem 6 months ago because of insomnia. I think that it is similar to temaze by its activity and chemical structure. I was on zolpidem for 7 days, 5mg at bed time. I slept really much longer while was on zolpidem, about 10-11 hours. It was extremely different from the condition that I was in before treatment. When discontinued with therapy, I felt better and rested.
