My sister is diagnosed with endometriosis few months ago. I guess we all get used to this and accept her disease. Doctor has done everything what is possible to help her, and she feels better. Somehow, I feel there is something more we can do for her. I would like to know if there is some special diet for people with endometriosis.

Body cleansing is extremely important part of every prevention and curing program with endometriosis. Diet is also very important so let’s start with most simple part of this program. When it comes to diet, it is very important to avoid eating toxins and some food that is known as “foods that kill”. The best is to find some book or site where is explained everything about this kind of foods. After this, it is important to be water cure. She should be familiar with water cure too. Diet for endometriosis should contain foods that heal, vegetable juices, fats that heal, and unrefined sea salt. Each diet for endometriosis requires understanding of food tolerance. It’s not possible to find right endometriosis diet, unless patient fully understand and learn about food tolerance. Though diet changes will be part of cleansing, it is not enough, especially when it comes to liver health.

Scientific research has shown that diet can affect menstruation and its symptoms. Menstruation has an effect on PCOS (polycystic ovarian syndrome) and endometriosis. See this webpage for a detailed discussion about this.
