I have a 10 year old daughter with no trauma to her pelvic area , has not started her menstrual cycle,  and has a large purplish blue lump on her upper right labia. It's the size of a large grape.

Sunday-- We visit the Pedicatrician, who has no clue and refer's us to see a obgyn.

Monday-- OBGYN thinks is a thrombossed Variscosity(vericose vien), possible AV Malformation or soft tissue mass.  Luckily they had a Vascular Dr in the office treating women for varicose viens. They consulted with every OBGYN as well as the vascular dr to determine what theh dx could be. None of the dr's had ever seen this occur on a 10 year old with no trauma to that region. 4 hours the doctors discuss what to do.  Finally they schedule A CT Venogram  for her pelvic/abdomen area.

Tuesday--The "undiagnosed" mass has ruptured and is bleeding, so we are advised by the OBGYN to goto the ER.

ER is aware we are working with other dr's. Look at it from 2 feet way say it looks like its clotting and keep on the path. They don't know what it is and think it's a AV Malformation but can't confirm without a CT, they determine its not life threatening and do not do a CT Venogram at the ER. Send us home. How can they say its not life threatening when they don't DX it and can't confirm what it is.

Wednesday--My daughter has been bleeding for 2 days now.  OBGYN advised to go back to the ER which I have no confidence in. I don't know what to do. DO we just wait till frida's venogram  and continue to let her bleed? Or take her back to the ER only to be told it appears to be clotting even though she is wearing 4 pads a day.

I'm so worried and don't know what to do. The OB's have stayed in constant contact and are referring us to a vascular pedicatric dr.  But my daughter is still bleeding and no one will tell me what to do other then goto the ER who will charge us 500 bucks and did nothing- no labs, not even a urine sample just eyed it and discharged us.

I called the ER and told them I was unhappy with the lack of care and they said to come back but I have no faith in them at this point.

What should I do??? This is killing me. Waiting till Friday while she continues to bleed or go back to the ER.
